Like Love Haha Wow Sad Angry

Just in time for the…

‘T is the season and Fif is feeling more than giving. Working with his own charitable foundation originally launched back in 2003, the G-Unity Foundation part of 50’s initiative to provide grants to nonprofit organizations that focused on improving the quality of life for low-income and under-served communities. Like Southside Jamaica where 50 grew up. Late last night 50, feeling very festive for the holidays decided (coincidentally before the year was up) wrote a check for $3-Million to do just that through his charity. The $3 Million according to his tweet will target youth in under served communities, to bring academically enrichment.

In the tweet accompanied with the photo of 50 signed the 3-Million exactly check he says,

“I wrote a check today for G-Unity foundation to distribute to other non-profit organizations that focus on academic enrichment in low income areas. I feel good about it. Positive Vibes”

In 2006 the G-Unity Foundation made it possible for 50 kids from the Jamaica, Queens and surrounding areas, to attend the Summer Stars Camp for the Performing Arts in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Over the years 50 has actively donated and if not cash he has been deserving of giving in other regards in various forms.
