Focused on Japanese Craft, Designers Preview Ambush ‘Artisinal’ Brand

A sub-brand themed on Japanese craftsmanship and young fun, the duo designers Verbal and Yoon launch Ambush ‘Artisinal’ brand.

Tokyo-based designers of the popular Ambush label is prepping an in-person release of what they are calling a sub-brand of the world-famous ‘Ambush’. Led by the design duo Yoon Ahn and Verbal.  A publishing preview of the announced plans for the upcoming launch of the Ambush Artisinal brand was posted on Ambush’s IG among various social platforms.

According to the post on IG, the limited release will be available only at Ambush’s flagship store in Tokyo. The Artisinal offerings will take a more back to basics approach to designing. Utilizing techniques in the production of future releases with a “focus on Japanese craftsmanship and the art of having fun.” Ambush provided a first look at an Ambush Artisinal item below. Featuring an army green bomber jacket covered with multi-colored crocheted stuffed animals located on the chest of the apparel.
