Iamsu collaborated with Compton artist Jason Martin, widely recognized as Problem, for their latest project titled ‘Still Up.’
In 2014, the young legend Iamsu reached a significant milestone with a prominent feature in the New York Times. His project at that time showcased collaborations with Too Short and E-40. The New York Times aptly described the album as a “thumping, low-end-heavy” release from the compilation titled “Sincerely Yours” under the HBK Gang umbrella.
Fast forward a decade, and Iamsu! is making a comeback, teaming up with JasonMartin for the release of their latest music single, ‘Still Up.’ Su posted the artwork on X in collaboration with JasonMartin calling it a dream come true. However it is not the first time Iamsu x Problem has worked together, as the duo has a history of working with one another musically.
In November 2023, Jason Martin, formerly known as Problem, revealed the full release of his self-directed movie, narrated by Mike Epps. Coinciding with the early November premiere of the film, the Compton rapper also dropped a collection of 15 tracks. There were also contributions to the project by Hit-Boy, T.I., Harry Fraud, Jay Worthy, LNDN DRGS, Rich Homie Quan, Tank, DJ Battlecat, and more.
