iconic living rooms for TV’s most popular families…
IKEA is having some some fun with its latest installation of furnishings by recreating the TV’s most beloved living rooms. Using popular TV as the iconic setting for the prominently features it is easy to that “The Simpsons,” “Stranger Things” and “Friends” with used to popularized their catalog offerings available around the world. Most recently IKEA gained some street promo with their collaboration with Virgil Abloh but not limited to their global scalable living.
In a press release, IKEA stated,
“We brought to life the iconic living rooms of the most beloved families of all times, through tons of furniture combinations in lots of different styles and sizes, and at affordable prices. We’ve grouped all the products for each room for you, so it’s easy to recreate what you see here in your own home. Take a look and make your living room iconic with IKEA.”
The promo release for the installation is titled ‘Real Life Series,’ in an effort to target consumers customers in United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Oman, whose populations include a large percentage of individuals who are from places who will recognize the references to the three popular shows in the history of TV and streaming services.
