Pusha T has released another single. This time the ‘Coming Home’ single, made its debut along with the announcement of a new compilation project.  In an interview with Old Man Ebro on Beats1 broadcast, Push spoke about the upcoming project which included ‘Coming Home’ single co-produced by Kanye West and featuring a rare guest appearance by Ms. Lauryn Hill.

Beats1 revised the interview highlighting some points from the interview. The new project from Pusha will debut this year 2019, 9 – tracks are currently complete with production from Kanye West and the ‘Coming Home’ single will maintain its feature by Ms. Lauryn Hill.  The single stands out as the soundtrack in conjunction with Brittany K. Barnett’s Buried Alive Project and MiAngel Cody’s The Decarceration Collective.

The launch of the Third Strike Coming Home Campaign, is an initiative that aims to free people serving life imprisonment under the outdated 3 Strikes Drug Law. The Virginia rapper kicked off the campaign with a donation of $25,000. Pusha has been a part of the prison reform longer than many.

In 2016 Push shared a story of Norman Brown, (no longer available online) a former inmate who spent much of his adult life incarcerated due to mandatory minimum laws, in a new PSA advocating for prison reform. Brown was found guilty on six counts of crack cocaine distribution, a non-violent offense, but due to prior offenses and sentencing guidelines was given life without parole. At the time, he was 22. Pusha did this in support of the ECCO (Entertainment Consortium Collaborative Outreach Program).

Earlier this week Pusha re-released a previous leak titled ‘Sociopath’ featuring Kash Doll, in an effort to kick off promo for the upcoming project.
