The toy and game company that is responsible for the production and distribution of various games and toys such as My Little Pony, Transformers, Play-Doh, Monopoly, and Power Rangers amongst other licensed figurines has moved forward with their $4 Billion bid deal to acquire music and entertainment company eOne Entertainment. The umbrella company for which the Death Row Records and The Walking Dead TV series brand is housed under.

Not only has the eOne brand umbrella Death Row, but it is also the imprint for various popular music artist including Wu-Tang brand, Elle Varner and Dj Drama. While the purchase is not finally as it awaits finalization from regulators which is scheduled before the end of the year, along with the purchase of eOne Ent, the brand does come with its own family sized TV shows, film brands and technology brands all under the same umbrella. Early spring the you brand Hasbro and Netflix announced their own separate partnership which include a list of Hasbro-owned characters to appear in their own shows schedule to appear on Netflix at some point.
