With a substantial amount of success gathered from the release of Clark Kent early this year, YB, is prepping the release of ‘Fire & Desire.’ Not without teasing his first release titled ‘My Shot.’ YB, the moniker is a shortened version of, “Why be normal?” “Why be content?” drops his first single to begin the rollout of his next compilation release TBD.
The lyrics and theme of this single highlights YB’s faith in God which fuels his motivatin and ambition into choosing Hip-Hop as a path. Vying for the best also means vying for the crown in Hip-Hop, but with bars as solid as they come, YB defies the notion that Christian rappers aren’t as dope as mainstream would like you to think.
No stranger to the music business or charting, his ‘God Still Has Soldiers 2′ project peaked at #20 on the iTunes Christian & Gospel charts in 2018.
