Snapchat is producing season 3 of the popular ‘Vs The World’ docu-series featuring the pro-footballer Colin Kaepernick.
The former San Francisco 49ers quarterback is working with the social media platform Snapchat on the ‘vs the world‘ docuseries. VS The World is still a new show barely in its third season. Produced by Complex, on Snapchat, the show chronicles the lives of celebrities in both entertainment and sports. Exclusive footage provided by Complex will be a featured part of the Snapchat Snap Originals programming.
Colin Kaepernick is sure to provide a masterclass in activism as he has been the center of attention in the sports world for the past couple of years. Season 3 of the docu-series will explore a deeper look into social justice and the NFL from Kap’s point of view as well as his personal life. Earlier this year Nike unveiled the monochromatic Icon Jersey 2.0 and the award-winning commercial featuring the hashtag #I’mWithKap. Nike continues to support Kap in his social justice efforts in and out of the NFL.
“Season 3 of VS The World looks at the powerful journey of quarterback Colin Kaepernick as he took a knee, putting it all on the line, to make a statement against racial inequality and police brutality on the biggest stage in America,” Snap said in a statement.
