Swizzbeats announced that the release of DMX’s posthumous album titled EXODUS will debut later this month.

Executive producer Swizz Beats took to social media with the artwork of DMX, announcing the release of the album due later this month. Due May 28th, not much has been revealed about the album except for the fact that it is complete. What we do know is that the album was entirely produced by Swizz. As mentioned before Swizz praised DMX for being sober throughout the entire production up to his untimely passing.

He said in a press release:

My brother X was one of the most pure and rare souls I’ve ever met. He lived his life dedicated to his family and music. Most of all, he was generous with his giving and loved his fans beyond measure. This album, X couldn’t wait for his fans all around the world to hear and show just how much he valued each and every single person that has supported him unconditionally.

The cover art for Exodus, seen below, is by Jonathan MannionExodus will mark the first DMX album for Def Jam since 2003’s Grand Champ.
