the second annual Vinyl Obsession Week
The seven-day shopping online event, Vinyl Obsession Week is geared towards those dedicated music lovers. Giving eBay users access to exclusive, curated bundles and must-have, rare and unique week from the world’s favorite artists and genres.
Since 2007 it has been reported that the resale/auction website and app has sold over 24 – Million vinyl to date. Along with their second ‘Vinyl Obsession Week’ the site is dusting of an older partnership with the music streaming company Tidal. With the annual launch, eBay is adding a membership to Tidal along with their sales into the reigniting the good ol’days of music.
Exclusively this week, eBay has something to offer all record enthusiasts: a special vinyl auction event featuring rare collectibles; a free, three-month TIDAL Hi-Fi subscription ($60 value) with a purchase of select records from sellers (according to eBayinc).
Several albums autographed by the artist are also being auctioned for charity this week. Signed albums from Miley Cyrus, Kacey Musgrave, and LL Cool J will all benefit the Grammy Museum Foundation and MusiCares.
