Apple says their iPhone 13 & iPhone 13-Mini have the company’s most advanced updated dual-camera system ever.

The iPhone camera is the most sort-after feature by Apple consumers. According to the specs announced of the debut 13 Pro and Pro Max, it will have the most powerful camera to date. Along with the iPhone 13 and 13 Mini’s main cameras being among the best of their generation. Apple promises the latest generation of smartphones will capture 47 percent more light than the previous 12.

This year Apple is touting Smart HDR 4, which is capable of individually adjusting exposure for multiple people in the frame. A feature the previous generation had but smarter. Furthermore, is the on-screen camera options that will be available on Sept 24th, 4 days after the release of iOS 15

On one hand, iPhone 13 has the best camera in the industry. On the other, it’s another year without physically re-designing features. With all the buzz around its debut, Apple seems to have put most of its focus on upgrading software and the internal hardware of the camera. Amongst other things discussed during its announcement, the physical body of the smart device gets a hint of gloss and the camera bump is less noticeable for the most part.

Still underwhelming, Apple is able to pull through and get by zeroing in on a specific feature that just about everyone uses. iOS 15 will bring the usual suspects of emojis and AR along with no real upgrade to SMS or contact list.

Sidenote:

Over 95 million photos and videos are shared on Instagram per day and 57 million iPhones sold in the first calendar quarter of 2021, we know that Apple is looking to dominate social media.
