More sooner than later OVO builds on the viral video on Drake filming the music video in Brooklyn N.Y. titled ‘When To Say When.’

Drizzy delivered a late-night surprise. Lately, the OVO CEO has been back and forth between releasing singles and freestyles. The singles ‘When to Say When,’ and ‘Chicago Freestyle’ is currently vying for a Billboard release possibly later next week. On Saturday (29th) on the verge of the leap year, Drake released two new songs under one stream. Instead of releasing two separate videos, he fused both side A & B into one stream. A side A and a side B seems to be the goal of creating the opportunity to chart off 2-songs simultaneously.
The songs weren’t a total surprise. Drake’s “When to Say When” gets a New York City backdrop, while “Chicago Freestyle” starts at dusk in his native Toronto before he heads into a night out that syncs up with the lyrics of the song.
