October means it’s Halloween movie season what should of been including some vicious movie releases.
Kicking off the the month with some odd releases of remakes and sequels, this Halloween movie release is totally about horror movies. Early movie releases this month featured Joker and Will Smith as Gemini man. Joker is just one of those movies which has taken a dark turn and using Gemini man as an example with the likes of Will Smith’s image Sci-Fi has really risen to the occasion.
My only disappointment is the lack of Paranormal movies gaining traction this year and this season. Since the ‘Paranormal Activity’ movie sequence, there has not been a ghostly, demonic movie to make the scene. I mean, movies like Sinister and Insidious are awesome movies but nothing has made an attempt to trend this season as an epic film. There is no lack of Halloween movie sprouting from movie streaming services such as Hulu and Netflix both of which have seen success in creating original content. While both have not had epic releases since ‘Bird Box’ made its debut on Netflix.
There are seven movie releases that caught my attention this month. Especially toasting to the season that brings horror. I would though appreciate the re-emergence of the traditional ghostly story tales as epic film releases. Check out the seven Halloween movie releases I believe is worth watching this month.
