Fenty Social Club was amazing, except for the fans who were constantly bringing up the rumored ‘R8’ album during the LIVE broadcast.
On Friday night Rihanna’s broadcast via her IGTV was what we hoped the first of many. During the LIVE event, the multi-award winner invited guest appearances from DJ Kitty Ca$h, Pedro and Stretch Armstrong. One of the most rememberable moments of the LIVE event was when Lil Uzi Vert joined Rihanna. Wearing the latest faux leather drop from Fenty, Rihanna addressed the constant badgering by fans about the upcoming ‘R8’ album.
During music sets, fans kept commenting about her eighth studio album. Instead of pointing out users on her gram, Rihanna decided to shut down the topic altogether. In the video, Rihanna seemly pissed of just a bit said…
If one of y’all mother [expletive] ask me about the album one more time when I’m trying to save the world, unlike y’all’s president… on sight!
Rihanna has already donated $5 million in relief funds, through her Clara Lionel Foundation. The aim in which the money will be dispersed to multiple organizations globally. On top of that, she donates another $1 Million of her own money. She also donated personal protective equipment to healthcare providers in New York State.
